There are 2 online options to choose from. The first option is a 2 day live interactive zoom session from 9am to 12pm each day, allowing 3 hours in the afternoon to complete the self paced course component. The second option is complete the course entirely self paced where you can start and finish when you like. The self paced option require participants to upload a journal of reflections on their learning at the end of the course. The combination of live and self paced requires a smaller amount of journal of reflections to be uploaded. Participants will then be certified Facilitators once all journal requirements are met.

Peaceful Teens training now available!
Through Mindfulness and Positive Psychology strategies, Peaceful Teens helps teenagers to navigate through their difficulties in a supportive group environment. Building on the content covered in the Peaceful Kids program, Peaceful Teens includes a deeper understanding and application of Mindfulness, grounding techniques, controlling the controllables, riding the waves of strong emotions, adaptive coping strategies, managing unhelpful thinking and self care. The Peaceful Teens program can be facilitated by trained participants who have suitable qualifications and experience with teenagers. |

Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are now available to anyone to those that have completed any of the facilitator training courses at no charge. These need to be booked in online as there will be limited numbers for each session so there is enough time to answer everyone's questions. We will be covering:

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 2 week cancellation notice for any bookings. Refunds are given if over 2 weeks notice is given less a $50 administration fee. If workshops need to be cancelled due to restrictions for COVID-19, then participants have the option of attending the online live 2 day workshop, complete the self-paced online course or a full refund issued.
For all future in-person trainings, all recommended precautions/social distancing etc will be taken for the safety of our participants and facilitators. Please only book an in-person training if you feel comfortable in a group setting.
